Returns Policy
We at RT Studios are sure that you will love our products, but if you’re not entirely happy you have a right to return it within 14 days of purchase.
All that we ask is you return it in its original packaging, unused, and in the exact condition we sent it to you in.
This will enable us to give you a refund. Unfortunately this doesn’t apply to personalised items, these can not be refunded.
It is vital to contact us at info@rt-studios.co.uk with your order number prior to making a return. We will then send you our returns address and then you can sort postage.
Postage will need to be paid by you, we will not cover any returning costs. We recommend you return via signed for postage so you can track your returned parcel.
The returned order needs to be made within 14 days after the order was placed in order for us to issue you a refund.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it.
Personalised items can not be refunded or resold due to them having a bespoke element. Therefore they will not be refunded. However if there is an element of your product you are not happy with then contact us immediately and we will do the best to rectify it for you.
Cancellation
You have a right to cancel your order before you receive dispatch confirmation. Once a dispatch conformation email has been sent, your order is complete and on its way to you. You will then need to follow our refund policy procedure in order to get a refund.
